Tanya qualified as a solicitor in October 2017 after completing her professional training with a boutique West End commercial law firm.

She joined Acuity's corporate department in March 2018 where she chiefly works on acquisitions and disposals, shareholders' agreements, company formations and corporate governance issues. Tanya’s role frequently includes the conduct of the due diligence process, analysing documents and data, and reporting to purchaser/investor clients.

Tanya also has experience assisting with a variety of business transactions, including media and IP contracts, pass-through subcontracts, and consumer protection, as well as commercial litigation and employment matters.

Tanya can also speak Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian to native standard and has a basic knowledge of the Welsh language.

  • Advising Voltcom Group, an overhead line construction and cabling company, on the compulsory transfer of shares pursuant to “bad leaver” provisions in the company’s articles of association
