Pamela joined Acuity in November 2017 after a career spanning 21 years in local government.

She gained extensive experience as a local government procurement professional, before she opted for a career change and chose to specialise as a contracts and procurement lawyer.

Pamela has a broad range and depth of experience in drafting and advising on a variety of goods, services and supply contracts, including public sector collaborative arrangements and pooled fund agreements between local authorities and NHS bodies.

Pamela is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and has advised extensively on high risk, high value and complex procurement procedures, including regeneration projects and outsourcing arrangements. She is also a member of the South West Wales CIPS Committee.

  • Assisting West Sussex County Council on the procurement of a domestic abuse support scheme involving a collaborative agreement to pool funding with a charitable organisation
  • Advising numerous commercial organisations on recent changes to data protection legislation, undertaking audit reviews of their preparedness for GDPR and assisting them with compliance issues
